Great experience

Quick and Easy Service

When my wife called to inquire, Reggie gave her clear guidance on when best to bring in our Equinox for service and what work would be done. I dropped it off accordingly, and picked it up on time. Reliable work, clear communications -- what more could I ask for?

I’ve had my brand new 2024 Trax serviced seven times for the same sound system issue, the volume goes up and down, the sound goes from right to left and makes static noise all from second to second. The dealership has done their part, but the problem continues. This is disappointing and time consuming.

They really pay attention to detail and as a customer make me feel valued and important. They get the job done every time and I appreciate Reggie and his crew so much.

I was told i was gonna get a call back when my car was ready no one called. I went to pick it up on the 20th the service paper said it was done onna 17th. I also told them my car rpms drop and the car jerked they said it was nothing wrong and gave it back to me (the car still does it)

Service was great. The issue of setting an appointment seems moot when you are served by FIFO.

I brought in my car in for tire replacement and service noticed oil leakage in two places in my car. They told me to bring my car in Tuesday for the tires...they had not ordered the tires so I had to bring the car back Wednesday. I brought my car in Wednesday and that's when they discovered the leaks. They didn't have the parts to repair the oil leaks. I asked for a time when my car would be repaired but they could not give me a time when my car would be repaired. In the meantime I ordered a rental car and my car was not repaired until following Monday. My total repair was over 2.000.00 including the tires. Every time I come to Jefferson it is over three days to get my car repaired and the dealership has no rentals to give the customers. The service is slow and no reduction in price.....just a high repair cost all the time. Also I had to return the car to the dealership the same day because the engine light came on. Poor service and high prices.

I have a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado diesel that has had computer issues. Engine light continues to come on and Jefferson Chevrolet has not been able to fix it

I went for a oil change but front speaker were out. They at them i stock and they were covered by. My warranty so they installed them with no problem.

I recently contacted Jefferson Chevrolet regarding a warranty repair for my GMC Sierra 1500 AT4. I provided detailed documentation, including the original service order from Reaume Chevrolet, and confirmed with GM Customer Service that any authorized dealer in North America could perform the repair under warranty. Despite this, I was told that Jefferson Chevrolet would not proceed with the repair because the vehicle repair requested, had been serviced under warranty elsewhere. This response directly contradicted the information I provided, including GM’s confirmation and the offer of support from the original servicing dealer. I’m disappointed by this outcome. I had hoped for a collaborative and customer-focused approach, especially given the clarity of the warranty terms and the support available to assist with the process. Unfortunately, the refusal to “touch my truck” felt dismissive and inconsistent with the level of service I expected. I appreciate the time Reggie took to speak with me and review the documentation, but I would encourage Jefferson Chevrolet to revisit its approach to warranty repairs and customer service—especially when clear guidance from the manufacturer is provided.

I was walk-in customer for an oil change and I wasn't treated bad at all. I was just written up and serviced.

If you need your car care for then Jefferson Chevrolet will be glad to take care of you. They always get you in and out. Do not go to James marten Chevrolet. They couldn't take care of me with an appointment!!!!! And waited hour and a half for them to tell me they can't get me in. Keep up the good work Jefferson Chevrolet.

Came in for my first oil change and tire rotation and always continually told for 2 hours they were taking my car back then after two hours they forgot about me and I had to ask was my car back there and was informed they are about to take it again so I cancelled and said just bring my car up I’ll go somewhere else. I feel like I got played with and left because it was my first oil change with my new vehicle.

I came in for my winter maintenance. That would include an oil change and 27 point inspection which includes checking hoses, fluids, tires etc, etc, etc. This time I didn't get the sheet marking all these things as done.

The service was as expected prompt and took care of my needs

The staff is always professional and over extends themselves to accommodate their customers, I was just disappointed that I couldn't get a much needed tire rotation due to the equipment in the shop, now I'll have to incur a cost elsewhere.

Great customer service

I've always had quality service at Jefferson Chevrolet. Reggie is always the most pleasant person to serve. I did forget to tell Reggie to let the mechanic know NOT TO OVER INFLATE MY TIRES. When I got home and checked my tires, which should have 33 psi they were at 40 PSI.

My son was in town from school, and we had to get his Blazer serviced on New Year's Eve - Reggie was very accommodating with scheduling and the entire Team at your Store was great. Thank you for working us into your calendar and best wishes for a successful 2026!
