I brought my vehicle at about 7:30am to Jefferson Chevrolet shortly after they opened to have the rim replaced. I was told that I get could a lift to my work location (Ren Cen). I waited and waited for the shuttle until finally I asked one of the service agents if a shuttle would be coming anytime soon. Turns out the shuttle driver was at the dealership the whole time while I was waiting. By the time the shuttle driver was identified, there were so many people waiting to go that we all couldn't fit in the vehicle. I had to take a second shuttle to the Ren Cen. In all, I waited 45 minutes for a shuttle! At 4pm, I hadn't received a call from the service department about my vehicle. I decided to call myself to see if the vehicle was ready since they were only replacing the rim and doing a balance. The service agent told me my vehicle was ready for pick up.
