I waited 20 minutes before even being greeted by someone, not that plenty of people didn't pass by me as I was standing at the service desk and the place was packed. When I was finally able to speak with a service rep there was barely any customer service provided, I guess a hello and introducing yourself is unrealistic. I'd come in for an oil change and a leak but given the service decided on just getting the oil change and hoping for the best with the leak somewhere else. Then there was the over an hour wait for the shuttle after being told it would just be a few minutes multiple times. I'm sure the rep didn't actually look for the shuttle driver since I asked someone else and magically, the shuttle was available. The other gentleman waiting for a shuttle finally opted to catch the bus. To cap off my stellar experience, I had to call myself to check on the completeness of the oil change since I didn't hear back from anyone the rest of day. This was my first experience at the dealership and barring some grand emergency, it will be my last.
Reggie, the service member that I dealt with, was phenomenal! Very friendly and efficient. My service (oil change, tire rotation, brake check) was completed within an hour and I was promptly notified. Fantastic!
They were honest and very accomondating. The work on my vehicle was completed on time and it looks better than new. They even fixed some additional things as a courtesy. I am very happy with my body shop service experience.
