Awful. My car sat there for 2 weeks untouched. Then I was called to be informed that work couldnt be done on my car at all and that it needed to be moved ASAP because there wasnt enough room in your parking lot. So I called to have the car towed to another dealership and was told not without a fee. So my car sat there for another week while I worked on alternate arrangements. Service at your location is awful and I will not be recommending your dealership. Note - this all occurred prior to the Covid-19 crisis.
I am not responding to any survey until I hear from GMC, Chevrolet, Customer Care about my complaint regarding the vandalism done to my 2019 Chevrolet Malibu. All of the information has been given in my letter dated March 15, 2020. Therefore, you don't really want to know what's on my mind.
I brought my car to be serviced at Jefferson Chevrolet, because I liked the convenience of the dealership location (near my job and home). The attendant was pleasant, but I was without my car for too long. I found myself calling the dealership, because no one contacted me to give me updates. When I called they tried to upsale me on additional services. I explained that the cost was already a lot of money for me. When I finally got my car back I noticed that the loudness of the car (my original reason for coming to Jefferson Chevrolet in the first place) was still an issue. I am really disappointed.
Staff was friendly. I waited for 5 hours for an issue to be fixed. After leaving, my check engine light came on 5 minutes later. Only to realize I just wasted an entire day off with no solution to my car troubles.
I needed an emergency repair done on my 2017 Equinox. I called the service department and from the man who I spoke with over the phone, to the young man who wrote up my service order, to the men who transported to and from work, everyone was extremely friendly and professional!!
