I brought my vehicle at about 7:30am to Jefferson Chevrolet shortly after they opened to have the rim replaced. I was told that I get could a lift to my work location (Ren Cen). I waited and waited for the shuttle until finally I asked one of the service agents if a shuttle would be coming anytime soon. Turns out the shuttle driver was at the dealership the whole time while I was waiting. By the time the shuttle driver was identified, there were so many people waiting to go that we all couldn't fit in the vehicle. I had to take a second shuttle to the Ren Cen. In all, I waited 45 minutes for a shuttle! At 4pm, I hadn't received a call from the service department about my vehicle. I decided to call myself to see if the vehicle was ready since they were only replacing the rim and doing a balance. The service agent told me my vehicle was ready for pick up.
I had a slow leak on a tire that turned out to be a bent/cracked rim. The dealership exchanged my tire for the spare and my insurance company authorized payment weeks ago, but as of today, I'm still driving on my spare time with no spare! This is way too long to have to wait on a replacement rim!
I would like to thank the team at Jefferson Chevrolet Body Shop for the work that they have done on my 2011 Camaro. People say that after your car is hit it’s never the same. In my case they are right and wrong at the same time. After the accident I thought my car would never be the same. I’m happy to say I was wrong! The Body Shop crew brought my Camaro back to life and It looks and drives like it’s brand new! Mike and his crews attention to detail was amazing. From shampooing the carpet in the car to the wash and wax that made the car look showroom fresh! The one thing that really stood out was Mikes ability to make me feel as if my car was the only one they were working on while they were swamped. Mike made sure everything was perfect before returning my car to me. So thank you all for your hard work, dedication!
I came in to buy a set of tires; they took me to my office and called me back in less than an hour to give me options of brand and costs; I made my selection and they called me back with updates. After the installation was completed, they called me to make arrangements to pick me up promptly; i paid and was driving out on my way in short order. They were all very efficient professional and courteous. I am very pleased !
Service was great. Appreciated the shuttle back and forth to work. It would be even better if the vehicle was current and a good representation of Chevrolet. Lost opportunity to ride in something very sub-par.
I called and spoke to Reggie in service about the time to get and oil change and transportation back to work. He gave a time I made it within five minutes of the time frame. I only have a 20 minute lunch break and still had 8 minutes to spare. Also it was nice to see the owner out in about with the customers. It more of a friends and family place. Everyone is always friendly and kind.
The advisor was there as soon I drove in. Very friendly and willing to help me to care for my car.In the waiting room I was informed where they were in the process of caring for my car. You could follow it posted on a lighted board and also knew when my car would be completed. GREAT IDEA who ever had the idea of keeping us informed, NOT all dealers have this in the waiting room but it is wonderful to have. I also liked that my car was washed. I also received a report about what might have to be taken of in the future. My car was done in one hour. I am grateful and thankful for them. They put your mind as ease. THANK YOU.
