I have been a customer of Jefferson Chevrolet since 2002. The customer service has always been great. When it comes to repairing vehicles you are truly number one. I simply love Jefferson Chevrolet. Keep up the good work.
I had a perfect experience! Got in easily, was able to get a courtesy ride home, and they got my car done quick! Everyone I've ever come in contact with at this location has been so incredibly helpful and kind. I couldn't recommend them enough.
For once they acted like you was a nobody tell MJ told me 45 minutes and turned into 9 hours they didn't want to pick me back up after they drop me off at home the man in the courtesy van did not turn on the air conditioner told me that I can let down the window but he had the air conditioner on on the way over to pick me up the service was terrible and I told them that and I excused them because of where you're located in Detroit I deserved better treatment then that
I had to bring my car back 3 times. This dealership lies and says that they preform services that they don���t, and they also causes further damage to my car. I will never bring my car here again this is the second time I have this company a change after experiencing terrible service the first time I had my car serviced here, which I email GM about, I witnessed a woman come into this shop and complain about paying for a tire rotation/change and it was not done lucky she marked her tires. I assume this is not the first time that this company has done this to That customer But luckily she was smart enough to take action to stop your organization from robbing people. Its scary to know that you guys treat your customers this way. I am going to email the news and let them know how you are guys are ripping off customers.
