Well I came in to get several issues look at to see what the problem was. Every time I get a diagnosis it seems my results take 1-2 days before I am told what problem needs to be fixed which is very inconvenient being without my vehicle. This time it took 6 days to remedy the repair I agreed to get fixed. I would like to see the customer be more accommodated in the future. Don't have me leave my vehicle if you won't look at it until the next day. Give me a time to bring it back when someone is available to look at it. Don't have my vehicle at your shop waiting on parts. I don't like paying for a rental unnecessarily. I don't have extra money to spend. I spent $1000 for a repair that was only $250. Why? This is my first major complaint with your shop but I will be repeating this experience to anyone who will listen and advise them not to use your repair shop or purchase a vehicle from you in the future.

Dropped my truck off for some body work. A new bumper and bump out on requarter panel. Everything was pre-ordered so there was no waiting for parts. When I dropped it off I was told it would take 3-4 days. You had my truck for 2 weeks. Then when I picked it up the backseat was full of dried Mudd. The Mudd matched the muddy foot prints on the brand new bumper. That tells me the installer or another employee made the mess. 100% unprofessional. Between the time it took to complete the job and the way my truck was returned to me, not even washed on the outside, I will never be back.
