Charged for 2.5 hours of work that should have taken an hour at most. Oil cap was not secured properly, oil spewed all over my engine and smoked like it was about to start a fire. The part (coil boot) that was supposed to have been replaced looks old and dusty, I truly don't believe it was a new part. My check engine light is still on after my car was with the shop for a week. The work didn't begin until I called again on Friday (after dropping off Monday) to check out the status. Reggie told me I'd have a new air filter, they never replaced. I have been a customer at Jefferson Chevrolet for 5+ years and will never go back. I will make sure to tell everyone I referred to this place my terrible experience.
I brought my car in on May 9 and got it back on May 21. Part of the problem was the service advisor was out for 2-3 days and nobody did anything in his absence. I never heard anything about the car again until I sent an online text. I think communication with the customer needs to be greatly improved. I think I should have gotten the car back sooner
Everyone was good and quick. Signing in my car was a bit of a wait, but desk people were friendly. Shuttle driver tool me to my office and was friendly. Pick up was quick and Cashier was even friendly and nice.
Great customer service. Received a phone call after booking appointment online which was helpful to answer additional questions. Car drop off was quick and easy. Appreciate the car shuttle service. Will definitely come back!
It was a wonderful experience. I enjoyed those who serviced me. My car was so clean and the machinal work was fantastic. I am very please with all the services that were given to me. Thank you so very much.
