Mike Terry never ceases to exceed my expectations. Notified Mike the backup camera was staying on longer than it should, he thought it needed an update. Immediately picked it up on a Friday from work and took it to the dealer for updates. Mike called a short time later to inform me they tried the update a few times and are still getting the error code. He already ordered the new radio and it would be in on Monday, wow!! As soon as the radio arrived, Mike shows up at my work to pick up my car, have the radio replaced, and return my car in a couple hours repaired. Thank you Mike. Be like Mike.

Reggie is always friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My oil change and inspection were done in a timely fashion.

GM should never ask a customer to complete a transmission flush at the customers cost when the powertrain is under warranty and the milage on the vehicle is significantly below the LOWEST millage that GM suggests for transmission flushes. There is something Clearly wrong with my transmission and GM is not standing behind their vehicle well...

My car was inspected. Not everything that I needed done was complete, but I was able to at least have the main issue inspected
