I was really disappointed. First, only people in the service area with masks on were the customers. I think I saw one employee with one on. I waited in line as the service advisor finished writing up the person in front me. As he took his keys he acknowledged the customer that came in after me and told him that he would get with him in a minute as he walked past me without a word. I believe the person that helped me was like the runner. He asked for my keys and took them out to my vehicle. When he got back he gave me a form to fill out with my name and address. I filled out the form as the advisor waited on the gentle who came in after me. I was than told to go to the waiting room and they would get back With me, which they never did. After an hour and a half I was told my oil change was done. I was directed to the cashier window. I told the young lady that I left my coupon at home and I could run and get. She told me I had to use it on my next oil change and that I should give it to the advisor when he writes me up. I told her that he never spoke to me and I was never written up. Thinking back I should have not paid for a thing because I never agreed to the price or signed to have the work done. As I was walking out the door the gentleman who first took my keys told me everything on the check list was good. When I looked at the list a lot of my items were yellow. I guess I���ll go elsewhere.
While it's never a good thing to have an unexpected car repair, I always have a good customer service experience at Jefferson Chervrolet. I was taken to work and picked up and the price wasn't all that bad.
I went in to have a recall corrected, but I was informed that the person who was designated to perform the work on my vehicle was not in and later informed that they would be out, so therefore to date the recall has not been fixed and it is at no fault of my customer service rep. Reggie is an awesome rep who is very pleasant and very personable, it is because of him that I take my service work to Jefferson Ford. Suggestion I feel that any service technician should be able to perform any recall that comes thru the door.
