Everyone was very friendly from the time I walked in until the time I left. The service desk, the cashier , and even the guy who did my oil change greeted me and engaged in small conversation. The cashier even told me about signing up for the my Chevy app so I can get into the rewards program. I really appreciate the kind treatment on my first visit there. I now plan to be a forever customer.

I was able to book an appointment that same morning which was huge because I wouldn’t have the time otherwise. The staff was extremely friendly and my service was completed within the timeframe I was quoted.

I made arrangements to leave my car for oil change and an error code on the SD drive while I was out of town for a couple days. I called Service Dept from the airport and confirmed my car was ready, and I got my UBER from the airport directly to the Dealership and everything was handled.

I brought my vehicle in knowing it would take more than one day; but I didn't expect it would seven days before my car would be repaired. There were no loaners or rentals available so I had to go to Enterprise Rental Co to get a rental. This rental cost 1100.00 which is an expense I didn't expect. I called several times to get an update on the repair , even talked to the service supervisor; could not get any success on the reason for the delay. I didn't even get a discount (that I know of). They should not take in cars for service if it's going to be a week or more for service completion.
