I was not clear with Reggie about my reason for my appointment. I said engine light on dashboard, he immediately stated my car will have stay over weekend, I then clarified that the light was the tire monitor. Reggie then stated that's different from engine light. And my satisfaction from then on was confirmed, thanks Reggie.
