Jefferson Chevrolet did a good job of repairing (at my expense, post-warranty) a part failure which I assume was GM's fault. What seemed like a software problem (lack of guidance lines in my projected back-up route as shown on the instrument-panel screen of my Chevy Equinox) required, for some reason, the replacement of my "radio" and the instrument controls embedded in the radio/screen. I have no idea whether this was an isolated problem or a recurring one for the 2019 Equinox.
