Everyone is friendly, and professional.
Service was done timely.
My only problem is the waiting room was cold, the room is small with a door to
to the outside that opens whenever someone enters or leaves.
have been having problems with the check engine light coming on and an alert that my stabilitrak needs servicing. I have now taken it there twice for this issue. As I pulled out of the driveway when I picked up my car, the stabiltrak light came on and by the end of the day, the check engine light was on again. I called and talked to the service manager who said he would call me the next day since it was late in the day. He did not call. This was Thursday. He did call and left me a message on Friday saying he forgot on Thursday and he was trying to find out when the loaner car was being returned so he could have me drop my car off and take the loaner. Today is Monday and I have still not heard from him. Whoever has Jefferson's one loaner car must be having the same bad service experience that I am. I got an email alert from OnStar telling me that there is a problem with my vehicle's transmission and I need to have it serviced. I first took my car to Jefferson when I found that my passenger side carpet was soak n wet. They said a drain was not connected so they connect it. Unfortunately, my car ended up smelling of mold. After trying twice to mask that with disinfectant, they received approval from GM to replace the front carpeting. They did that and cleaned the rest of the carpet. When I picked up my car, I could not drive it without the windows open because of the smell of disinfectant and carpet shampoo. I get in my car and by the time I get to work, my sinuses are stuffy and irritated. This is the same reaction I was having to the mold. I am very unhappy with Jefferson Chevrolet.

I made a reservation online, no one was aware of my appointment. The online prices are not inclusive of labor and parts, and the prices for labor are astronomical. I work for blue cross, and was never offered our discount. Lastly, I came in for the check engine light, which was reset, and in 48 hours is back on; after I was charged a $70 diagnostic fee I still don't know what is wrong with the car and my remote starter doesn't work because of it. Also, the car is making noise and it wasn't before.
I purchased my new corvette from Jefferson Chevrolet from my salesman larry Evans who was EXCELLENT just EXCELLENT. I have sent Mr. Evans my family and friends who also have purchased vehicles from Mr. Evans I can't wait until the new Corvette ZR1 is available I will be back to purchase it thanks Mr. Evans

Seemed like the service department was short-staffed. Lot of waiting. People were working hard, but there were too few of them.
My car got returned with the screen showing the tire pressures. Right rear read 29 pounds, 9 pounds less then the right front. The others were OK. That was very annoying that no one put air in the tires.
