I was absolutely delighted with everyone I engaged with at Jefferson Chevrolet. Extremely professional, courteous and friendly. Reggie took excellent care of me and went above and beyond the call of duty to keep me informed of the status and progress of my repair. I will be back to Jefferson Chevrolet for all future repair and maintenance of my vehicle.
Eddie recommended replacement of parts that were replaced less than 90 days ago. He would not listen when the problem was described, and insisted that the car was overheating when it is not and was not. Took the car to a different mechanic and they were able to pinpoint the actual issue. In the past Reggie has worked on our cars and been fantastic, but we won't be coming back anymore after this terrible experience.

I did not receive any feedback communication from Jefferson Chevrolet regarding my previous experience. I also had to take my car to Feldman Chevrolet because the check engine light came on again. I informed Jefferson Chevrolet of the engine light when my car was towed there. Feldman Chevrolet had my car diagnosed and called me before I even returned home, informed me that there was extensive work that needed to be done, all covered under warranty, and that it was a problem they?ve seen with the new Malibu?s. They also provided me with a loaner free of charge (a 2018 Equinox) until my car is repaired. I?m so disappointed In Jefferson Chevrolet.
